The Academy is a parochial ministry of St. Andrew’s Church, of the Diocese of Mid-America, Reformed Episcopal Church (REC), with Ray R Sutton, PhD as the bishop (also the Presiding Bishop of the REC) and Bishop Walter Banek, assisting.
